These terms cover your use of this website. The site is a pre-launch presence for Horizon Mesquite. It presents the brand and lets you join a waitlist. It does not sell anything, take payment, or hold accounts. By using the site, you agree to what follows.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist places your email address on a list so we can write to you when the first roast is ready. Being on the list is not an order, a reservation, or a promise of stock, and it costs nothing. We may close, pause, or retire the waitlist at any time. You can leave it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

Using the site

You may read the site and share links to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the waitlist form, copy its content for commercial use, or scrape it at scale. The text, imagery, wordmark, and design are the property of Horizon Mesquite and are protected by copyright and trademark.

What the site says

The writing on this site describes mesquite and the cup we intend to make from it. It is offered in good faith and for interest. It is not medical, dietary, or health advice, and nothing here should be taken as a claim to treat, prevent, or cure anything. Speak to a qualified professional about your own health.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we provide it as is, without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use or from being unable to use it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes
