First in line

Roast 001 will be small. The list comes first.

Roasted mesquite. Brewed like coffee.

Wild-harvested by hand in the dry forest above Piura, slow-roasted, ground. Naturally caffeine-free. Robust, rich and rounded, with body and a subtle natural kick at the finish.

For centuries, jewellers weighed diamonds against the seed of a Mediterranean tree called the carob. The word carat carries that seed inside it still. A cousin of that tree fills this cup.

From pod to cup.
